However, a free-thinking duo has defied this rule by inventing new techniques for making a delicious range of alternative flour-based breads and baked goods. Nathaniel Doboin and Thomas Teffri-Chambelland showcase these techniques at Chambelland, a Paris-based gluten-free bakery.
